Position description
Cleaning, sorting, filleting, cutting, and packaging fish products, as well as operating production equipment and handling raw materials properly. Inspecting product quality, ensuring correct portioning and packaging, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and occupational health and safety procedures.
