Employment mediation
In the employment mediation model, the candidate selection process takes place in specialized centers in their home countries, where candidates undergo a thorough and structured recruitment procedure. We organize targeted training and professional courses that are fully tailored to the specific requirements of the job position in Croatia, to ensure a high level of readiness and efficiency from the very first day.
Upon completion of the selection process, the agency takes responsibility for:
Collecting and processing all the documentation required for the issuance of work permits
Resolving visas
Organizing the travel and arrival of workers to the agreed-upon workplace
Our care for clients doesn't end with the arrival of the workers – we remain their support even after the mediation process is completed, ensuring the long-term quality of the relationship and successful cooperation
